Idaho Kumite/Tournament Training

Jesse will be leading a class open to all Idaho dojo members once a month. Basic karate practice is the base of all our training…this class is just an addition to our regular practice. This is a great chance to come out of the box a little and figure out YOUR fighting style.

Friday Night Fight Night

When: Feb 23
Where: mat room in kin-annex at BSU
Time: 1-3pm (Please show up early to warm up…1pm is GO TIME!!!)

Bring your mouth piece, hand guards, and for the guys….youmight want an athletic cup.  Also we willtake water breaks, so make sure to bring a bottle of water.
